ORDERING

HOW IT WORKS . . .

The way our system of ordering works may be a bit different than what you’re accustomed to. Since most of our animals are raised at least partially on pasture, we follow the growing season. Our products are typically ready in the fall though the chickens are ready throughout the growing season. Think of us like a Costco. You’re buying in bulk. Typically, you’re getting all the meat you’ll need for an entire year.  This will save you some trips to the grocery store and cuts ways down on your grocery bill. Now, who doesn’t love that?

Beef is available in whole, half and quarter portions for $4.95/lb. (this includes your processing fee).

Pork is available in whole or half portions for $3.50/lb. plus a processing fee.

Lamb is available in whole only for $300 plus a processing fee.

Chickens are available whole only for $20/bird.

Turkeys are available whole only for $4.50/lb.

Eggs are available for $5/dozen.

WHEN TO ORDER . . .

You can inquire about ordering anytime of the year and we’ll always try and work with you depending on what is still available. We typically take orders for all of our meat and poultry starting in March and ending in April. We'll announce when we're taking orders but please always feel free to get in touch with us and ask! 

WHEN WILL IT BE READY . . .

Beef, Pork, and Lamb are usually ready by the end of October. We'll pick a weekend and have a pick-up day at the farm. Be sure to bring a cooler or several containers depending on what and how much you ordered. We can help you figure out exactly what you’ll need to bring so never fear!

Chickens are ready in batches throughout the growing season (May-Nov.).  We contact all our buyers the week we get the birds and let them know they’ll be ready ten weeks from then. Don’t worry, we’ll contact about two weeks before they’re ready to remind you about pick up!

Turkeys are typically ready in late October, just in time for Thanksgiving!!!

Eggs are available throughout the year. We usually have a lull around November since the girls molt and stop laying (we do not force them to continue laying during this period! Everyone deserves a break! 😊).
